  1. Tracking your order

    We will deliver your order within 3-5 business days. You can track your order once you receive your courier tracking number at the email address provided.

  2. Reschedule your delivery

    Rescheduling your delivery can be done by contacting us via email; please quote the order number.

  3. About delivery options & time frames

    Deliveries vary between 3 - 5 days, depending on the origin and destination. Delivery to regional or remote areas may take an additional 24-48 hours.

  4. About delivery fees

    Our Standard Delivery Fee is R80 and FREE for orders totaling R350 or more.

  5. Item missing or incorrect order received

    If you have a missing or incorrect item in your order, please contact us within 7 days of your order being received.

  6. International shipping & delivery

    We do not ship outside of South African borders at this time.
