Returns & Refunds
- Refunds or returns may be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original sealed packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable Items

- Opened medicines, supplements, or pharmaceutical products
- Products with broken seals
- Digital products or gift cards
- Items marked as final sale
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

- Defective
- Incorrect
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos of the product and packaging. Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund, in line with applicable consumer protection laws.
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Delivery fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
